Returns and Exchanges

Returns

  • All items at Tree Hugga are personally checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged please notify us immediately via our online customer service request form so we can arrange a replacement. We will provide you with an authorization code.
  • Then simply complete the Exchanges & Returns form which can be downloaded below.  This should be included in the package with your returned items.
  • These items must be reported within 5 days via email and returned with labels intact.
  • The item should be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
  • If you choose a replacement item it will be re-shipped for free.
  • Should you prefer a refund you will be refunded for the price of purchase (including the original shipping fee).
  • Tree Hugga is not liable for the loss of an item being returned hence we suggest you use registered post.  If you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will pay for associated shipping costs.  However we are unable to pay for shipping on any exchanges.
  • If your selected item is out of stock you can chose to wait for the item to be re-stocked or request a refund.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, the item must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received with all tags.
  • Simply notify us via our online customer service request form to receive your authorization code. Then complete the Exchanges & Returns below and enclose a copy of your original invoice with your exchange merchandise.
  • A pre-paid self addressed post bag must be included for the return shipping of the exchanged item. Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days.
  • Please choose carefully as refunds/exchanges are not provided if you change your mind.
  • Please ensure that all exchange items are packed securely as we are not able to accept them if damaged in transit. Tree Hugga is not liable for the loss of an item being exchanged so we suggest you use registered post.
  • We do not exchange sale items.
  • Please note that we do not accept exchanges on earrings, cosmetics, swim wear or underwear for health reasons.
  • Please note that colours and descriptions may vary slightly with products due to the handmade nature of the some of our products.

Remember to complete the online customer service request form for your authorisation code which must be included on the returns form which can be downloaded from below. The completion of this form and inclusion of your invoice with your returned merchandise will allow us to process your return as promptly as possible.
